1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elite One Logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Elite One Logistics provides nationwide logistics and delivery services, including:

  • Final mile delivery services
  • LTL (Less-than-Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) freight services
  • Third-party logistics (3PL) solutions
  • Same-day and next-day delivery options
  • White-glove delivery services

3. User Responsibilities

Account Information

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Update your information as necessary to keep it current

Shipment Requirements

  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses
  • Ensure packages are properly packaged and labeled
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not ship prohibited or restricted items

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

  • Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Perishable items without proper arrangements
  • Items exceeding weight or size limitations
  • Fragile items without appropriate packaging
  • Items of extraordinary value without declared value coverage

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Payment is due according to agreed terms
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed
  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
  • We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled delivery times

Delivery Attempts

  • We will make up to three delivery attempts
  • Recipients must be available to receive packages
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges

7. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or $100, whichever is greater, unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Delays in delivery
  • Damage due to improper packaging
  • Loss or damage to prohibited items
  • Acts of God, natural disasters, or force majeure events

8. Claims and Disputes

  • Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 30 days
  • Written notice is required for all claims
  • We reserve the right to inspect damaged items
  • Claims will be processed according to our claims procedure

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our services, including logos, trademarks, and proprietary information, is owned by Elite One Logistics and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
